Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM) Loans

Would you prefer a home loan with an adjustable rate? We have that option too!

If you prefer a home loan with an adjustable interest rate, Midland offers adjustable rate mortgage (ARM) loans. The rate for your ARM loan is fixed for 3 or 5 years depending on which option you choose. At the end of 3 or 5 years, your interest rate will be adjusted based on the weekly average yield on US Treasury Securities. ARM loans are available for first lien, owner-occupied property and are limited to 80% of the property's value.

Bridge Loans

When you decide to build a new home, Midland is ready to assist you with fixed-rate construction loans. Your construction loan is designed as a line of credit and the monthly payment is limited to the interest on the funds you have advanced during the construction process.

How does it work?

  • Based on your house plans and specifications, we will have your new home appraised and will be able to loan up to 90% of the cost.
  • Your construction loan is easily converted to a permanent loan when construction is complete.
  • We can also combine a bridge loan and construction loan in order to facilitate the construction of your new home prior to the sale of your current residence.
