- Contact us via e-mail and let us know you want to receive your account information via eStatement . We will send you the official enrollment form back via e-mail. After receiving the enrollment form, open it and print it.
- Complete and sign the enrollment form and mail it back to us, or drop it off at any of our convenient locations. (Enrollment form must be signed by accountholders) After we have received your enrollment form, we will convert your account statement(s) to eStatement and we'll credit your account $5 just for signing up!
