Q: What is UChoose Rewards™?
A: UChoose Rewards is a rewards program where you earn points for using your Midland National Bank personal or business Debit Card. You can then redeem your points for anything of your choice from a huge online rewards catalog.
Q: How do I earn points?
A: When you are asked "Debit or Credit"....always say "Credit!" You earn 1 point for every $2 for each signature-based (i.e. “Credit”) transaction using your debit card. You will not earn points for PIN-based transactions (i.e. “Debit”). You can earn even more points when you shop at participating retailers. Choose to shop in-store at national or local retailers or online through www.uchooserewards.com. When shopping in-store, select credit and sign for your purchases.
Q: Where can I earn points?
A: You earn points by using your Midland Debit Card anywhere MasterCard™ is accepted.
Q: When can I redeem my points?
A: You will need to accumulate at least 1,500 points before you canbegin to redeem them. After that, you can redeem for any number of great items. Log into www.uchooserewards.com and look for your “Total Points” at the top of any page to see how many points you have available for redemption.
Q: Can I share points with other cardholders?
A: Yes, all registered cards within the same checking account automatically accumulate points together.
Q: What can I redeem my points for?
A: It’s your choice! You can choose from millions of options, whether it’s products, travel experiences, activities, event tickets, or more! Simply visit the Redeem Points page and click on the category that suits your interests. We keep track of all the points you earn and will help you find just what you’re looking for when you’re ready to redeem. We even have a Wish List that will help you track when you’ve earned enough to redeem a specific item.
Q: Where can I view my point activity?
A: You can access the history of your point activity on the Point Details page after logging into www.uchooserewards.com.
Q: What if I shopped at a participating retailer, but my points aren’t showing up?
A: It can take up to 60 days for bonus transactions to appear on the Point Details page. If points from a qualified transaction do not appear after 60 days, contact usfor assistance.
Q: How much does it cost to participate?
A: There’s no cost. Membership in UChoose Rewards is absolutely free for Midland National Bank cardholders, so start shopping and earning today!
Q: Who can redeem points on a business account?
A: An authorized individual from the business must submit a form telling us which cardholder(s) have redemption rights.
Q: Will my Reward Points ever expire?
A: Reward points may be saved for up to 2 years. Points will expire 2 years from the end of the month in which they were posted.
